This was another one of those beautiful artsy games like The Company of Myself (*Sniff Sniff*)
that I love! I though there would never be a game like The Company of Myself until now.
There is a new hope for these games! It is "wittyhobos"!
Thank you for making this, and keep going!!! ---Kartkid18

it is a great game it makes you think and it has great detail the clouds for one actually looked real like a ...ehh cant think of a word but its of something not just circles put together then theres a teeny bit of humor but meh thats what makes you think....then theres the storyline to go with it all...in my opinion those who didnt like this didnt even TRY to finish it they gave up to fast they shouldnt be quitters if they want to say the game sucks because this game is a DEFINATE work of art with a great theme. although the end doesnt seem the best but think of the title. in this the main character "pete" is in coma and he is waking up from itthats why you fly through the stars at the end and it gets brighter when hes waking just letting you know kimico

I think that, since the bird had lied to you, this story is about a child that had lost his sister, and in grief, takes his own life to be with her. The bird represents the suicidal thoughts and grieving anger that create illusions in your mind. He places the blame on his father for putting her in the basement, eventually leading himself to the basement. The woman in the sky could represent someone trying to create an intervention, by asking him to go play with her son and not to ring the dorebell. The dorebell is a light, the light at the end of the tunnel. The sister is the reflection underneath the boat, in the water.
The bird led Pete to his death, so he can be reunited with his sister. Now, is this a positive thing, or something negative?

@kidmanlouis no the ending is when you ring the doorbell.
Pick up the 2 black things on the ground and the one on the ceiling then go back to where you fell then back to the basement then it will open.

this game is amazingly simple! the music reminds me of harvest moon a wonderful life. there is no question in my mind that this game is about as creative as it gets. for a flash game anyways. this is a nice change from the normal turret defence game also not that i dont love those games also i live for them. but this has a special place also.

Quite a new experience to players who never tried these sort of games. I found it quite confusing, puzzling but after a while you get to understand it. 4/5

A little bit longer, and it would be cool to see him/her wake up. Potential for sequel, him waking up? Cool, though. Only seen a few games with this art style thus far, and the way you lead the player through the discovery is really cool. Although, the game could have a different feel if you made it unclear as to what was going on (if didn't know was coma), and was unsure if bird or giant thing in sky was right. Excellent game, great work on world creation.

i think this game was about him trying to wake up and be with his sister again but his mind is telling him not to and so he is desperately trying to find the door bell to be with her again but when he finds it, he finds out that his sister was with him all along and now he can wake up and go on to the afterlife

For all those people who say this game isn't creative, I say nai, It's very creative its just that there are so many things out there it's hard to make something genuinely new. Look at avatar, it took from dances with wolve's, it took from every science fiction story out there but it was a different take on something. I'm writing a story about someone in a coma because of this game, it's not the game of course but it's a story from a different aspect, plot and style. It's a great game with a strange style, if people are looking for similarities of course you'll find them. ( I don't find any similarities, I've never played anything like this)

Go here, do this. Go there, do that. Maybe it's art?
3/5 For the style-conscious interactive thing. (Game seems too strong a word)

short, dark, storyless, pointless, boring. this is getting too much hype because too many people are reading too much into it. we need a 0/5 rating

At the end, I found myself muttering "What the..."
Really is a beautiful piece of work, and despite what the person below me said, I think there's a message hidden there, if you look deep enough.
Even if it didn't have a message, which I think it did, it was still a great game. The graphics were simple, and yet...somehow elegant...
And the soundtrack was beautiful and really set the mood.
Haha I was aftraid of which might jump out to get me in that last tunnel. The person on the boat freaked me out too (if you didn't see him, there's a sillouette(sp) of a guy in a hat in the reflection of the boat, yet nobody on it. Creepy!)
But, overall, definately deserves a 5/5

this wasn't art. this is just a mediocre platformer with purposely vauge elements, so that people can play it and think they're deep for thinking it's art. 2/5.
