I remember first playing this at Armor, I clicked on it randomly because I was waiting for a game to load. I didn't know how to describe it at first, or how to feel towards it, but I was drawn to it. I totally forgot about the game I was pre-loading and immersed myself in the art, and the music, the simple "tasks" and the "story". It might come across as simple, but when I read the ending dialogues, I knew there's something more.

idk but i had a weird thought. what if the bird was his sister? it was just her telling him things that went on in his sleep/coma. then when the bird said ring the bell. the sister knew if he did so in his coma he would wake up. hence the whole, your eyes are opening, ill see you soon.

wow. that was awsome! whats the point in the minigame thing at the end though? flying spirit after dead or guy finding his way out of coma?

OK, I got to the basement and rang, or at least went to ring the 'dore bell', and then the character vanished & nothing happens. Is that the end of the game?

Definitely one of the best games I have played on Kong. This belongs on consoles. The music was haunting and the artwork was amazing. It gave me a feeling of loneliness, which is the goal of games of this genre. The storyline, though abstract, was well thought out and interesting. I enjoyed the use of the conversational options, which give me a reason to play it through a different way. Games like this are just amazing.

this was a brilliant game, i loved it, but i do agree with some people that it shouldn't have given away what was going on by naming the game coma.

Why is everybody's comments getting rated down when the majority of them just say they got stuck or didn't understand it? someone said it was a great game and that they loved it and it got rated down like 15 times, wtf? you're all sad bastards :S

Actually, he dies. Did you not see the boatman reflected on the water? He's going to his death. The bird lied all along, and even told Pete so near the end. The huge lady in the sky told him to do the oposite of what the bird was telling because she didn't want him to die. Plus, it ends with him fading into a white light. Sure, someone says "you're opening your eyes", and "I'll see you soon", that's just some final comforting thoughts.RATE THIS COMMENT UP SO PEOPLE KNOW WHY IT ENDED HOW IT DID

darkwulfy, you may not find this game good, but your opinion does not count for everyone elses.
Many people, including me, clearly find this game (and other games like it) good. Please don't assume that just because you don't like something, nobody else does.

i just beat the game and it was AMAZING, i didnt get help but still amazing and easy without it. just 1 thing i wanna know- what was the storyline and such?

This game is seriously not "omg the best game EVAR". It seems whenever someone puts out an "artsy" game, it's rated to the stars. The game took me about 8 minutes to beat. Yes, the art was quite nice, but whenever it was dark (Silver Shute, the beginning, the basement), you couldn't see your character or what I would assume to be a very nicely detailed background. Just because a game is artsy doesn't mean it's good, and this one really isn't. It seems people ignore lack of gameplay simply for the fact that the game is artsy. And even then, this one isn't all that great. The title gave it away immediately. The plot was thin and short. And predictable. Come on, people.

That was soo beautiful, It created its own genre of game. Not often is a game made to play your imagination, and rarer it is for a game to be created to capture an essence. An essence of which I felt fully throughout this game. Top score, 10/10

Just wondering, is there some deep meaning to the term "Dore Bell" or is it just a typo or just some random wrong spelling thrown into the dream for effect? ><
Great game though =^.^= 5/5

This game was absolutely fantastic. The number of meanings that could be found in this game is just incredible.Wether you interpret the boat as Charon's vessel across the River Styx and into the afterlife, or wether you interpret this as a strange waking dream from a comatose state, the findamental aspect of the game remains both wonderous and chilling.
