I will review this game by doing a quick side by side comparison with "Limbo," XBLA's latest indie title with more focus on Coma of course.
Coma + Limbo: Are both used here as somewhere between life and death. Whether the boy lives or dies at the end is left ambiguous, but there quest is led by their desire to find their sister. Both have exquisitely detailed and beautifully unique art styles in a thoroughly surreal and often uninviting environment, though very different. Coma tends to shift between a relaxing vibe and an unnerving vibe, supplemented by very well done music. Both games require some of the most bizarre trial and error puzzling I have ever seen, but is very satisfying to figure out, though Coma's overt backtracking becomes irritating. All in all, this game can be very favorably compared to Limbo, which is a huge compliment. Also, the dialog is fantastic, albeit simple.

I agree with the guy who said there should be an "art games" section as well as all the others. Not enough weird artsy games on Kongregate. Not that there aren't plenty of good games! But it's nice to see a game like this. 5/5 for being interesting and a little creepy :)

Does anyone else besides me realize the orange hill with the black hole shaped thing on it is actually the giant worms tail from the Silver Chute?

Love the feeling, the music and the art, but it keep me feels dumb. Do it have a story to be understand? Or it's just a open-to-compreehend-style?

I absolutely love this game. The music and the graphics of this game are spectacular, so great that in fact, I ended up lost in my own mind thinking about this epic story.

Just meh, creepy enviroments where its hard to see are cool and all. But this went a little over the top, and since its all pretty self explanatory, or extremely annoying because you don't know what you're doing wrong, it gets a 2/5

Great game, great story, but shitty sticky keys. This game had the potential of 5/5 but because of the constant sticky key issue the game became annoying and frustrating. I'll give it a 3/5...

I can understand why this would be considered a good game, and I like the other 'artistic' games people are mentioning in the comments, but honestly, this was just... meh.

If you guys didn't notice, on the last part on the boat before you ring the "doorbell", there's a reflection of a person in the water standing on the boat. Kinda creepy ;o.

Kongregate getting the same games as Newgrounds 1 month later is really getting old. It's going to be the 132094184092th game we have to finish TWICE because Kong is always late. No problem finishing this masterpiece one more time, but c'mon =/ not everyone here plays flash games all day.

other than this COMPELTELY frustrating bit, I love this game.
