Just lurve this game, great idea and great fun - seems harder than the previous one though - I sacrificed many little people in the name of progress :)

its okay.. lol completed the game which took some time.. kinda needed a lot of supporting beams. well anyway great game lol.

Triangles apparently aren't key in this game, as they would be in real life. A wood bridge made with triangles is worse then a wood bridge with only ONE supporting steel beam :/

It keeps resetting to wood, and since the beams look identical in build mode, I build an entire bridge out of wood and it collapses on me! What the hell! I picked steel, stay on steel! If they could look different in build mode, that would be nice, too.

Whew... beaten level 8 (had to use steel though, but on limited money)...
A little hint - shorter pieces seem to be weaker than longer pieces (they were when I was playing :D)...

its an alright game but i think you should get more money but stricter laws of physics should apply plus badges would totally work 3/5

great game makes you think - and yes they are all possible. Dont see the point in Sandbox though - where the challenge??

Holy crap, someone else who knows Bridge Builder?
This is pretty fun, but it would be nice to have proof that you beat a level.

I have posted on my profile a solution for level 3; 1500 $ left. To those not familiar with this kind of game an idea on how to create 'good' bridges.
I played Bridge Builder and the like...

actually, your problem, kinetics, is that you nid "symetrical" triangles to support your bridge, try to branch out from the support as much as possible as well. ( Finished last mission without steel and no sandbox )

If you are having trouble with this game. Just remember, the REAL laws of physics don't matter. Only the Orange dots are real anchor points. EVERYTHING else is not a real weight bearing object even the ground. After you master that concept the only other thing to remember is triangles are the key.

I just spent about 2 hours building a super-fortified tank of a bridge for level 8 on sandbox (yes, triangles galore) and it fails to stand. I really think it might be impossible.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tip for level 1: straight line from wood across the gap. One vertical bit of wood from the anchor to the wood below. Easy!

excellent game 4/5 needs badges and there should be more money as in sandbox mode i made an excellent bridge that was basically a susspension bridge for only $3000

revised!!!
ok i have a dare for all… it has a few steps… read them here
step 1: devise a funny setup…
step 2: download hypercam 2
step 3: record what happens after its fully fixed and show blueprint.
rules are: you must have something there. you must have at least 1 guy make it accross. thats it. apart from that… anything goes! once its done… post a copy of this… then below ‘links’, post the link to the youtube vid (sorry i forgot to mention it earlyer).

i did lvl [well i cart do anyof them] and tried one of the old stule briges the wee old rickety brigh the one that are total started a wooded

Not a lot of money to experiment with your bridge. Short pieces of wood cost 100$ while long pieces cost the same amount. Not as good as the BB game im affraid. 3/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Strange, 80 percent of trinagles don't hold, maybe i just suck at engeneering. 4/5 great game, a lot of potential. Maybe i'll do better in second part :D
