I have rated many games but this is one the few i will comment upon, The background was splendid, loved it truly, but i have to agree about the spawn points, they are a lil close quartered and speedy spawn, good game though other wise 4/5

guys im just saying this but i got my score up to about 90000 and never once did an enemy spawn right on top of me. maybe behind me fairly close but not close enough for me to not be able to get away.

the farther in you get the more enemies spawn,the faster they are,and more dangerous.the green squares,purple orbs,and ESPECIALLY the triangles make it impossible.the triangles shield enemies,the purple orbs and green squares dodge,the blue triangles coming outa the side and hitting you before you can even twitch your mouse in their direction,and insane amounts of those black orbs that send bullets in E?VERY direction.reduce spawn rates,make them spawn only on the sides,and make the helper limit higher.they are the oonly reason you can survive at all.they kill the shielded triangles for you,and you still die all the time.until you fix it it gets 1/5,when you fix it gets 5/5

you really need to make the spawn point at least a little bit farther, ive died alot of times because something spawned right next to me

It's .. okay. It's more or less geometry wars, except with less creativity and more "I'll make this hard by making enemies spawn close to the ship!"
I don't see a reason to keep playing this instead of picking up my DS and playing Geometry Wars on it. You need to change the game significantly, or twist it in some creative way, to make it not just a copy.
I'll play it again if it gets badges, but that's saying more about achievement addiction than about the quality of the game.

make an update where enemies only spawn from the edges and it will be the best game ever.i only die because as im retreating from some enemies more spawn behind me.

really good idea, but seriously unplayable, bad colours (enemies and "geom")
probably they put badges on your second or theird version cause now suck.

Rising HP costs and enemies that home in on you while being invincible from the front?
Not to mention they DO practically spawn on top of you considering you are running after dots and wham one spawns before you can react to it.

Sheild enemies turn to fast, meaning you have to get too close to out manuever them. The shop buttons are also pains. Ive died when trying to buy an upgrade and missing the key. Ideally there would be a location on the screen where you could go to access the shop.

Good game, but can you make the upgrade screen a different button?
cause you have to stop what you are doing to hit the escape key, and that second it takes you to do that may be all that it takes for you to die, so make it like the q or e or something closer to the hand than escape.

methinks this deserves one or two badges. i liked it. but i disliek how the score bubble thingies dissapear. they are hard to get all of usually. still, 4/5.

I really like this game 5/5 it's exactly like geometry wars though, except in geometry wars you can't upgrade stuff. geometry wars is a microsoft game btw.

Hah, I've gotten a bit farther now, and there are like 20 of the triangular shielded ships following me, forming a sort of phalanx, protecting them far better than they would as individuals, so doing full swoops around them can only get a couple, 3 at best per run...fun though

Great game, easily 5/5
The most crucial input I can give you, is to increase the distance at which the units spawn...if its at 200 pixels now, maybe 400-800 instead?
And the game is great and all, but repeating it can get a bit redundant after a while, so a few different styles of play would definitely compliment this game as well. Oh, and a few different upgrades would be great too

A-bigger collision for pips.
B-either a pre-empt signal for spawning or spawning outside view like others have suggested.

I agree with the people that say the enemies spawn right next to you. I also agree with the "suck dots from a greater distance" idea because when I try to collect Pips I only run into enemies that have just spawned.

What everyone else says (spawn too close, die too easily, more upgrades, etc), but the basics are great. Decent graphics, consistent movement, benign music, generic but OK concept. Clean up a few details and it's a winner.

I agree with stubbsy, upgrades like, increased draw, pip multiplier, shield, full health item, also random emnies drop health items
but all in all a great game

Its sad that you couldn't even think up original enemies. For christ's sake, half the enemies look exactly like the geometry wars ones. The shield guys are too fast so a hoard forms and it becomes impossible to kill them. Originality sucks and gameplay needs work. 3/5

Too short. Make the difficulty increase more steep, let them take less health off you per hit, reduce the healing price and add more upgrades. This way, everything is still fine, but can make you last longer than a few minutes on this game.

Good BUT it'd be a lot better if the enemies spawned further away from you. And if healing didn't cost so much. And if the money didn't vanish so quickly. I had fun but it got really hard, really fast.

Found the game fun and Challenging, But there is a point for a game to be to challenging. The rising Price for Health Scales up mighty fast and Starts getting so high its almost impossible to get anything. And the enemys will spawn Basicly RIGHT beside you. You should make the appear at the corners of the map. Buut overall a good game and was worth playing 8/10

Cant help but to feel like buying hp is useless unless you can kill and collect pips fast enough, with low hp at that. still fun to play

You could add more addons like, "little dots stay longer" and "you suck dots from a greater distance" and "dot multiplier" ... very nice game though

I understand you tried to prevent enemies from spawning on top of the player in this, but they end up doing so anyways. standing still is all well and good in the beginning, but when you actually have to start moving then teh enemies will often spawn so close to your ship that they're unavoidable, and some even spawn close enough to damage the player the moment they appear.
