Under rating threshold (show) Why? This makes the enemys spawn in front of you , not on top of you. you can at least max weapons that way without getting hit. At the time i got my weapons maxed, i tried to move around, but that mostly killed me within ...umm... 4 seconds? With no wired-reflexes of a rabbit on steroids i see no other "strategy". If you find one, tell me ;-)

Under rating threshold (show) The strategy to get far seems to be: 1. Stay inside a corner, shoot enemys just before they reach you to collect the pips. 2. Buy 2x Shoot, 3x Helper, then see how far you can make it. 3. Getting out of the corner means getting hit, so dont do it (unless there are loads of pips) I dont think that the game is meant to be played that way, but its the only chance i see. Would be more fun if i could move around ...

Under rating threshold (show) Awesome! Surprisingly smooth graphics for such an intense game. My only gripe is going to have to be the enemy spawn. I've already lost alot of pretty good games because of them spawning on top of me. If there's a way to fix it, please do so.

Under rating threshold (show) good geometry wars-based game, but the fact that enemies constantly spawn right on you, or right where you're about to move with no warning really does kill the game, but it'd be a 5/5 if there could be some sort of warning.

Under rating threshold (show) I'm sorry, I like mobs spawning over me as much as the next guy... which is to say, not at all. The least you could do is have some sort of visual right before they spawn so we know to move out of the way.

Under rating threshold (show) It's a cool mechanism, having them spawn all around you. But it turns the game from "Can you dodge?" to "Can you predict and get lucky enough to not be hit by random enemies as you take care of business?" The latter can be very unfun. 3.7/5

Under rating threshold (show) Pretty good. The enemies spawn way to close. It would be nice to have a short invincibility if you are hit. Also, while Geometry Wars may be one of my favorite Xbox games, this is an inexcusable rip off. Lots of nice features, but zero attempt to try and make it not look like GW. Still 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) how to solve the spawn problem: shoot in the direction ur moving! gets the weapon upgrades first so you can shoot in more directions (therefore move in more directions)

Under rating threshold (show) I crash into enemies too often. I think you could either reduce player speed (so you don't move more than 200 pixels or whatever so quickly) or make the enemies spawn further away

Under rating threshold (show) I see two major problems: First, spawn location. Enemies spawn with minimal warning in completely arbitrary locations, making it far too easy to crash into something simply because you had the bad luck to have it spawn in your path. Secondly, far too many enemies are white with a black interior, which makes them hard to see, in addition to getting them mixed up with your own ship and helpers. If I'm going to get hit, I'd prefer it was my own fault, not the fault of poor design and a pseudorandom number generator with no sanity check.

Under rating threshold (show) my three problems with this game 1) is the enemies that spawn on top of you 2) the increasing price for you to heal (should stay constant) and 3) there needs to be a time after you get hit that you are invincible, cause you can just instantly die if you get surrounded. 3/5 it would be a 5/5 tho

Under rating threshold (show) I suggest doubling the spawn range or make some kind of warning for spawning ships. You should also make the money (pips?) less colorful, they clog up the screen and you cant see the enemies. And last but not least, make the health price not so drastic.
