Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. The logic needs more work. The computer player would miss obvious wins. It was almost like the O's were being placed semi-randomly. 2/5 for a nice try.

It's quite easy to win if you are placing the first X/O.
Put your first in the middle, your second opposite the computers and then the third to block the computers line. After that you will have 2 lines of 2, it will block one of you put a 3rd on the one left over and you win.
