It's not bad, but you definately shouldn't upload test games.

You should add a menu with ingame instructions and mabye a story. As I have never used Stencyl I dont know the limits of what you can make, but some power-ups like smaller, shield, bigger, and slow time would be nice. My high score: 1606. Fun game!

For an initial test game, it's pretty good. As defeater5 said, the game could use a menu or just a starter screen with in-game instructions (as for any game there are the obligatory folk that don't read the attached instructions). The physics for the block collisions is a nice addition. You could try using this as the basis for something of a Geometry Wars spin-off, but with physics -- ie. shoot projectiles that collide with the blocks instead of directly damaging them, and then make all collisions cause damage, and destroy blocks when they take enough damage for additional points. Maybe make the blocks explode on destruction for good measure. Maybe too ambitious, but screw it -- I love shelling out ideas. (High Score: a measly 2504)
