Chubble, your information is very bad, we did have tanks assualting the beaches of normandy, but only a few acutally made it past because of the barricades, and also, we did know about the holocaust during the war when we were getting closer to Berlin when they started to get the the death camps/ work camps

umm..chubble, how did they get there? : boat... and what about the planes, RAF just sat there and pretended to fly? and then there is cars, tanks and other machines...btw i dont think that the guns were hand made-.-

there were no jeeps nor tanks in the invasion of normandy, and sparta, we didnt know about the holocaust until AFTER the war

in real life: the nazis where unorganized. the airforce was in charge of the navy, etc Hitler made it very complicated... 5/5

but it's a shame there are no levels or upgrades ... and you can't win

Good game idea ect.. obstacles and upgrades would have been a really nice additive and would have made it a 5/5 game but im probably saying 3/5, also in your description you say that people die in unnecessary wars, that is partially true but wtf dude, do you even know what WWII was about? start reading your history book some more

Very beautifully done, with simply, austere design. The voice-overs added a nice touch, as well.
But it lacked any depth as a game. And that's what it is first: a game. A nice artistic statement, sure. But make sure the game is fun. Simple things, like one or two other battles; different obstacles on the map; or upgrades. Any of these would have made worlds of difference. But as it stands, it holds the gamers interest for only a few minutes. 3/5

wtf,there are no levels? i want damn upgrades,and i didnt even know i was a nazi untill,i thought i was a good guy,then i went down to description once i died and found out i was a nazi,i dont give a damn who i am,i just want to shoot people and have upgrades,its a game,not a life lesson....

red, not true, they brought the landing ships on day 2 that contained the tanks, but its just a game, not a history lesson :P

i found this an INSANELY relaxing and good game but just a few points:
1. the soldiers would have been mowed down instantly in the war, this they take a few hits.
2. yes a few tanks made it but most of them sank in the ocean on the way over.
3. could of said what happened to the other gunners (there was at least 3 in a bunker, 2 gunners 1 spotter).
other than that i really liked how he did it and that there weren't upgrades and stuck like that cause it would of made it unrealistic

Actually Firebug you are completely wrong. The Americans and British took the beaches. Yes it was the largest beach invasion.

If America hadn't joined WW2, life would be so different from today. For one thing the Cold War would not of happened (Well unlikely) and WW2 would probably still have been won for the allies but it's possible it could have been lost too, America would not be the World Police it is now and terrorists wouldn't be blowing the shit out of us right now. WW2 is what entered America in to the role of a "Police Country"

I love to learn about the war all though I know those there do not. I am a strong supporter of Allies but I understand that not all Nazi's are evil they were just doing a job. Im glad finally someone puts you in their shoes.

A game with a VERY strong message. I agree whole heartedly and give it a 5/5. Would say it was fun, but it was more of something that I knew would end badly, yet I kept going.
