I parry, and if you do hit my my tanky armor takes the dmg, a quick and agile foe is no match for me, I have a very high coordination and speed, as well as average strength, and as a stark pole arm user going martial arts, my stats are enhanced further, beating me in direct fight is not possible, you have to implement powers to beat me, but even so I have a high fortitude.

Did anybody else mention that the company icon is probably a copyright infringement? Its amazingly similar as the Ultima Online icon turned sideways.

Overhealing is bad? What about that stupid intimidation sh*t that f*cks with your speed and you have to stay 3 entire rounds getting hit? I would glady play the entire game with annoyingly regenerating enemies if that crap was removed. I give up. It's cheap as hell and makes me wonder if anyone tested this crap before releasing the game. I've heard they were planning on lauching a multiplayer expansion. I'm glad that they didn't, otherwise the entire effing matches would be people using the same tired skill!

Limit the number of times opponents heal. It's annoying doing the same thing again and again until you get a stun or their armor breaks. Just because the guy keeps healing when I'm like one hit away from offing him. The last boss is even worse. At the last moment he likes to raise his agility and then pull off a heal in the same turn or he puts up the blue shield which makes all attacks against him do 0 dmg. That shield even lasts after he attacks me multiple times (I'm not talking about counter-attacking) when attacking is supposed to cancel it out the next turn. Every time I get a stun in, my next hit either conveniently misses or his shield is still conveniently up after the turn he attacked me. This made it so that beating him wasn't about difficulty, it was just extremely time consuming.

Shevrak's strategy is super annoying, He keeps thunderclapping so you can't move for the entire time. But he can't kill you because he is very weak in his attacks.

Bit of a modification to Swordens' post. If you do what he tells you, Ironskin and Waizer will probably kick your ass because you will not do enough damage to break their armor. Follow his stat advice as usual, but for the disciplines, don't waste points on parry, because that is probably the most useless ability, and instead put your upgrades into the paths that offer "+ focus to everything" and "multiply damage by 5." There's nothing quite like one-shotting every enemy.

Here's an advice for all badge-masters:
1) Start with "stark one", and choose Agile as your choice.
2)start with a "Shield" and "blade, but don't BUT don't use any EXP points on shield.
3)Maximize your Speed/precision, then go with Strength/bodybuild.
4)Aim for a *Perfect* weaponry and Armour for less penalty (Reduction of stats).
5)And for last: DOUBLE BLADE! use two blades when you are strong enough, and aim for the flowing discipline: MAX mastery, MAX dexterity , level 3 persistence and level 2 for the rest...
HOPE this help you all! 5/5 game.

The main menu theme reminds me of "Third Blade" theme one of my favorite Android game. Cool game! Many tactics, fighting and GOLD.

jesus. the mouse movement lag is so bad on this that i have to wait a few seconds every time i move the cursor and then hope it actually went to the spot where i put it. could be a good game if it were actually physically possible to play.

Too easy, definitely. Finished the game with 2 or 3 deaths, gold was useless since I could easily hire 2 fighters every fight I had to do; the last boss was killed with three actions and equipment was almost never changed through the whole game.

For those which choose mutant class is good for acquiring decay ability. It will kill the target for 2-3 hits.Waizer affect too.

Waizer is the only gladiator I didn't want to kill in the arena. I didn't want to kill him because he is the only gladiator that protected you from bully gladiators that wanted to harm you in the beginning of the game, and that was a very noble thing to do, because not many gladiators would risk their neck saving a weak gladiator life, but he did, and I'm grateful for that.

Second fight -- after twenty rounds of fighting where we both miss each other, I start to wonder if the game is broken.

Wild-Cat seems too easy. All you have to do is wait it out with chameleony and spam dehydratation. I went straight through the game, without defeats until Waizer, and even then, it took only 2 tries to beat him.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Alright, a quick guide to beat Waizer with Wild-Cat: First, you need maxed focus, instinct, perception, coordination, intelligence and willpower. Stamina and speed will also help. You should have all these at 20 before the fight. Weapon choice doesn't matter, it is purely based on your skills. You will need spider senses, dehydratate, chameleony and blinding light. The strategy is to wait for his trans to wear off, which will usually take seven or six turns. The reason is, all his buffs end up helping his agility, so it is easier to hit him after it. Survive through his buffs with chameleony, and use spider senses one turn before chameleony ends so you can guarantee the higher initiative to start with chameleony again. When his trans ends, use blinding light until you hit, and then just spam dehydratate until it stacks enough to kill him. + To keep this up alive, took me only two tries to defeat him, and the first defeat was because I didn't time spider senses correctly.

I see no Weapon Skill categories or Encumberance despite them being referenced by many items. Please don't create categories/stats without showing them on the list with a description of what they do. A turn based RPG with gladiators and lots of stat/char customization? Awesome! 4/5.

Well , i'm quite laughing while reading some "Waiser is hard to kill" , "It can be difficult" . Just take a Mutant + Demon form + Force , then in 2 turns you kill him x)

mhmhm.. shapeshift... that was a mistake! Only 5% chance to hit anything all the time... If there only was an option to disable shapeshift.... hmmmm
