you get gold cards by turning all the cards in a deck to silver, then spending a large sum of money to convert one to gold.

Guild Loyalty causes the bonuses on the guild screen to permanently increase. So for the warrior guild, the DPS bonuses increase for all three of the pawn, rook, and king ranks. in the merchant guild, the increases impact the gold earning bonuses. you want to reset these daily, and laternate between merchant and warrior so they're both increasing. doing this is the only way you're going to keep up progress. don't worry about the current multiplier that goes up for the resets - you'll soon be blowing past those levels as you do loyalty resets.
as for the lifetime cards, those increase the specifics forever. so if you get the boots to level 4, you get 4x the amount of leaves per kill than you would baseline. the efficiency of the cards is for the first deck of cards (wooden chest) - so the dps, gold, and other such bonuses increase. finally, the "after reset" means that when you reset your guild, it will automatically open some chests and apply card bonuses

@KeeperBvK Minigames give you a 1% bonus to either gold or damage per milestone reached, depending on which minigame you play. Each attempt adds a 1% bonus per milestone reached instead of it being based on your high score. (Example: If I play Gold Rush twice, get a high score of 5 and score a 3 on another attempt, my gold bonus is 8% additional gold from all sources.)

@archerbob Yes, there are two cards in the green deck called Sphere Collectors. These behave similarly to the Hunters in the brown deck, where a drop chance over 100% is a guaranteed drop + that chance to get an additional one. Also, yes, red stars disappear during boss fights.

Do I get a guild's boost even if I join a different guild in a given run? I have boosted the warrior's and merchant's guild quite a bit, but there seems to be no clear indication on whether I get the boosts from both, even though in any next run I can only join one of themagain.

What's the best use for gems? It seems like the VIP cards aren't that good beyond the early game. Should I save them up and use them for extra fireflies from one of the chests or bags?

Just got to 1e100. Focus mainly on warrior loyalties with sometimes a merchant one. When you reach the end of location 3, you should be able to join the magic guild and use its multipliers to push to 1e100. (Finished with 1 ether in deck 1 and 2 golds in deck 3)

If you do the timed challenges and buy a time skip in the green-gem shop, the game freezes. Maybe they shouldn't have time skips buyable in what is essentially a short speedrun challenge.

@skyler_w The damage percentages add together, not multiplied. For example, if you have a 200% damage bonus already and you get another 10% bonus, you'd expect a 500 damage card to be dealing 1100 damage, but it'd only do 1050 extra damage instead. The math does add up in the end, just not in the way you think it does.

@AgentFlan the mechanic of vip cards works like this: you obtain 1 in a weak state, the next one will be stronger. so they are pure rng and are pretty quickly outclassed by other cards. also they are too expensive. you can buy one an, hit an already unlocked card and diamonds are wasted in the attempt to get another stronger vip card. their value lies probably only in using a few to speed up early stages of minigames

Every time I leave guild to reset the gave I DON'T RECEIVE promised bonuses. I start from the very beginning. Made it twice already, probably will try one more time to make sure, but without it working this game makes no sence

that click damage upgrade is worthless later on, damage wise and while keeping scaling enemy hp mind. hunter hero has a global skill(doesn't reset) allowing you to start with 3 free chestopenings. so you have dps already. hunter also has a click damage skill for the run only if you need it
then the wizard hero has a global skill increasing your damage per click by a good percentage of your dps. don't remember the exact starting number but maybe at least 10%? anyways that is much more than the click damage upgrade for rare currency and with decent clickamounts/s you can in theory more than double your dps with that skill alone

to get the beginning going and not hate randomness.
for buying cards try merchant and immediately use the star. every unlocked card with the star is free and doesn't increase the gold cost. so use star, buy rest, silver, use next star. saves much gold at the beginning.
to earn more gold you can also try to reach next monster easier. in warriors guild go as far as you can, don't forget the magic spheres to help you out. afterall you used silver on chieftain/hunter to get leaf gain going and for % damage silver a bandit fish. you can also idle a while on one enemy. when you hit a wall, use the red star. it counts the high red star damage for warrior guild restart bonus.

what completely destroys this game is RANDOMNES ... you buy random card, you upgrade random card ... in theory you can by 10000000000 times exactly same random card, and 1000000000 times upgrade only empty slots .................................... it happened that i had to buy over 100 cards, before filing last empty slot, and getting seventh silver card seems impossible [in time that makes any sense] because of rising prices, and not rising income

after about three [3] days of playing i am at the point where cards are to expensive to get, because my dps is to low to make money trying to kill overpowered monsters

I just leave guild and not get any % of bonus, if try to change language the game restart, i lost my progres in both times e,e my achievements just restarted like a new player played for the first time... The game still have bugs, how can i get the progres of entering in 1/3 guilds if i leave my achievements restart?

the restarting multiplier effects all guilds. the +500% +5k%(which improve a lot later on) etc only have an effect during the current run

the bones are skulls, they are like leafs/silver to 3rd chest. also druids(hero that needs deck3 goldens) global skills grant a % increase towards dps for each skull
