I think this game is awesome, but I have thought of a few tweaks which would perfect this game;
First of all, it would be nice to angle the weapons on our creature.
Another neat thing would be to name your creature.
And finally, and this one is really needed to make it better, but it would help, would be a "grind" button, you can set the level you're on to repeat from 2-100 times, you gain the same ammount of DNA as you normally would, but at the end only gain half the items (So if you chose 2 you would only get 1 item etc).
Hope you take these ideas into account, I honestly love this game c:

Too repetitive... Needs more bosses and more balance between weapons. Lvl 40 with 1 purple gear. Bosses take too long to kill and it gets boring.

Needs a ''Sort'' button in the inventory, needs more purple items, and it's too late for this but if you make #2, then you should make it so the player does more than just move the mouse around. Great game though!

Before update 1.12 blue versions of all weapons dropped rather frequently (when playing on insane) but after they "improved" the loot system the blue weapons stopped dropping altogether.

I found having more than one Gravity Gun even more effective as enemies get drawn to the Gravity Sphere even faster and accumulate all at the end of the screen. And instead of adding single-target ranged weapons I equipped only lasers and Bio Beams so whole groups of enemies got obliterated rather easily. Worked rather well up until level 100 when I decided that I probably won't see another purple or blue item drop and stopped playing.

Too easy if you have atleast 1 gravity gun. Equip it aimed directly in front of you and stay in the center. Equip other ranged weapons, preferably cannons and crossbows, and/or lasers, all aimed at the center. For added benefit, equip the Chill Attack supportive part, if you have it. Pretty much own every level even on insane.

Wait, are there really blue/purple items or are they just alternative names for supportive parts and that one thing you get from first boss?
Also - stacking supportive parts doesn't work, don't bother getting that acid time lower than 8.00s (you won't do any damage at all).
All in all, the game is quite easy, there is a lot of grinding involved and the drop system is too random.

I'd like to see loot changed up abit, maybe chuck in some different weapons and changeable weapon sets. Id also really love to see a DPS on weapons and maybe even a targetting/line guide when adjusting weapons

The Game has an awesome beginning. But everything after wave 25 is just silly grinding for nothing. no really new weapons and everytime the same monster combinations/bosses. Getting tired after 2 hours :(

Any game willing to hide enemy projectiles behind other on-screen items cannot get a score higher than 3/5 from me. This is not the only problem with this otherwise pretty decent game, but it is by far and away the most vexing.

This *COULD* be so much better than it is but it seems so unfinished in too many aspects. As much as i would like to give this game a 5/5 i must give it a 3/5 until this game gets reworked. A very much wasted potential and as it stands right now its a diamond but a highly flawed one.

I found a strange glitch with the bosses. If you pause the game during one of their attacks, wait about 5 seconds or so, they will no longer attack from then on.

I am on level 125. I play every level on Insane, and no purple items yet. Blue items no longer drop after level 45 or so (80+ levels since I saw a blue drop). Fun game, but it'd be neater if the game scaled like it's supposed to.

Get's boring after a while. The adding parts to yourself was a nice concept, but the gameplay was boring and mostly random, and the strategy consists of ram into enemies and keep upgrading till you clear the level.

So after getting to level 169, blue items seemed to have stopped dropping. I had been selling them before. Since you only get 1 single purple item and I was reading comments and saw blues stopped dropping after a certain level, I was disappointed. I wanted the blues back so I could mix and match. I started a new game. Level 89. Not a single blue has dropped now. So even more disappointed...

is there even a purple weapon? the only purple i found is a decorative, and was from the first boss, and all blue are worthless supportive that doesnt do much.

great game. it seems like a lot of people's problems have to do with the way to obtain items. i think it would be a cool feature if instead of selling, i could take, for example, 2 green gravity guns and make 1 yellow gun. this would give people a better way to get high-level weapons without having to rely on a drop

it would be a good idea to make a boss level where you have to kill multiple bosses at one time and when you finish the level you get a purple item but you don't have to do it to get to higher levels but it would be under a boss level

i found the problem. if you use adblock, it says that its a big add in the middle of the game thats blocked, so google adblock isnt working with this game propperly.

for some weird the mouse doesnt register my movement. i tried this game on my laptop earlier but now for some reason it doesnt work the way it should.

Well I´m actually at level 105, got masses of yellow drops, a few blue weapons, but these blue don´t drop any longer since level 40 when I remember right. NOT ONE purple weapon, no outfits - guess drop-system needs to have an upgrade!
A well, and its a fun game, 100% addicted to it right now, hell yeah melee weapons are totally useless till you powerd up your canons... And I would like to see some "special-drops"on special levels (25, 50, 100, 250, 500...) like 50% higher firerate or something great and useful...

You should allow us to save and load different equipment configurations. If I want to swap to different weapons for a boss I'm in for a world of pain getting these angles set back up the way I want them.

I agree, the item balancing is way off. I mean, I am only on level 20, but beating levels on insane should not have the chance to give you anything less than a green item.
