some bullshit going on with the healer I use the 65 silver for 100 mana and it take 650 silver and gives 100 mana. the others are taking more and putting me into the negative silver.

Stuck on a screen now ("you have encountered Kal-Rul's voice") that will not allow me to do anything, not even to leave that screen and begin again at the begining or some other place in the game. Changed broswers, refreshed and even turned off the computer and left for awhile but the game always reverts back to this screen as soon as the game is opened again. I guess most new games go through something like this and I'm sure the bugs will soon be gone. And I'm looking forward to that. Contrary to popular belief, a Developers life is not an easy life. : )

Switching from Chrome to Firefox completely eliminated, at least for me, the problem of the white screens in the caverns that I was whining about earlier.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I would really like this game but it's just so darn full of bugs. For instance, right now I'm stuck on a screen that id's as 'damp cave', which then fades to an all white screen. And I'm stuck here, I cannot get outta this screen no matter the buttons punched nor the amount of refreshing. Again, I like thegame and once some of these agravations are gone I think it'll be a great game. 3 outta 5 as is.
Hey, let me know what issues you're having, and we can get them worked out! also regarding your shadowing issue, I'd like to talk with ya to see why it could be happening :)

Rat dungeon is completely white for me and I just entered (did not fight the Rat king or anything). Makes it very difficult to get out.

so, I'm trying to start the game and i can't even ascend... thats the, to start the game by choosing a character, button. Lemme know if it isn't just me with this problem, cause i want to see what this game is about
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
After completing the Rat King quest, the dungeon glitches and goes completely white. Reloading the game doesn't fix the glitch. Used teleport stone to get out, but you can't see anything in there anymore.

amongst the combo's i tried/hoped were in where: 3x same essence, 3 different essences to create spells, weapen/armor + essence + terbium/rhenium for item bonuses, 3x lure potion, 3x skins to create leather, using goo or scorpion tails to add poison to items, using 3 of the same equipable item to create a better version of it
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i've been trying various combinations thatt seemed "reasonable" to craft, butt no luck so far...3x materials, weapen + 2 mats, various other combo's and no luck. some type of hint as to what is required would be apreciated
Thanks for the feedback! Crafting has been the most recently added feature.. so i'm still coming up with recipes to be used.. I'd love to know what "reasonable" things you tried crafting.. maybe some of them can become real combos!
A couple ones I can think off the top of my head: 3x rough ore = 1 pure ore, 2x pure ore + weapons/armor = enhanced weapons/armor, 3x potion = higher rank potion.
Hope other then that you're enjoying the game so far! :)

Game screen is way too big even in cinematic mode, controls are glitchy (making me run in a different direction than I wanted), clicking on ANYTHING makes the page scroll down (wasn't even able to see if there was a tutorial/missed important details because of this), encountered a spider that killed me five seconds into the game because of the glitchy controls (not sure if that was supposed to happen because of everything else).
Looks like it could be a fun game, but I can't play it.
Thanks a lot for your feedback, Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done regarding the screen size, but as for glitchy controls, if you could let me know what OS/browser you are using I could definitlly look into what the problem is for you! :)
Scroll down on the "character" screen, you will see your current reset rewards, as well as the option to ascend. The bonus you get for doing this is based on your current level, your class, and your current difficulty. After ascending you'll end up back at level one, potentially with some strong gear to aid you in the early levels, as well as some permanently increased base stats.
Each ascension over level 50 gives you a box containing a class specific item relative to your current class, each class has 8 items, and some are better then others. Good luck!

I can't help but feel like there should be more tiers of rewards for ascending. The 25 and 50 are good the way they are but you should add in a few more in different spots that reward chests, potions, armor, or weapons.

Really enjoying the game so far, although it can be a grind if you want. One thing I noticed was that sometimes my character walks very slowly. Some time he speeds around like the Flash, sometimes takes a walk in the park on Sunday afternoon. Can this be influenced in some way?
Hey there, thanks for letting me know, can you tell me where he's quick, and where he's slow? i've slowly been making performance changes to improve this

Great game idea. It really reminds me of some of the old RPGs that I loved growing up. I have a few thoughts for your consideration. After finishing a quest, I can only access quest, daily mission, news and store interfaces. All others are inactive until I change areas, or talk to a merchant. Another item that would be very nice, is a message letting you know what level of opponents are in an area before you step into it and get mauled on your first step. (I stepped around a fence and got fatally molested by a Quick Vulture when I was only level 4.) Another nice feature would be if you fail to flee three times in a row, allow for an automatic escape, maybe including the statement, "The 'insert monster name here' grows tired of mauling you and lets you go."

In one of the early quests "Spooking the Ravens," the quest text: "Welcome back! now there's some damn ravens trying to get to my melon patch... can you maybe lend a hand with keeping them away? It's just west of of my barn over there, you can't miss it!," the quest actually takes place in the carrot patch. Just wanted to pass along to either correct text of quest or rename the carrot patch to the melon patch :)

Daily quests ARE working, but takes a few tries for me: first I kill the required amount of enemies, then open the daily quest menu TWICE, then get through one more battle anywhere, and only then I see the reward in my inventory. (Some of these steps may be unnecessary). One daily quest gave me a heavy chest instead of a reinforced one, I think, and it gives an error message when I try to open it. Still, I like the feel of the game, I will return to play it when more content is added, definitively

I still think you should take a look at your energy dampener zam. if a mob hits you for 15% mana worth (and they do), you're still at 0 mana as a mage. which is instant death

Please change the collect loot keybind to a keybind that's not actively used for combat. Since we have to spam click in combat, we can easily spam click right past the loot screen.

its a good game tho due to lag ima wait to play it more til after beta i hope someone will tell me when that is but a few suggestons is to add some other non cb skills like wc and mining well give it more of what your going for
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Its a fun game but its a bit too slow. and not performance wise. Its just slow combat with even slower leveling. which honestly needs some new element to make this really fun and more interesting. I get the old school feel ,but it still needs new ideas. I still enjoy the game immensely, but an rpg like this I hold to higher standards. Good luck with your launch.

Oops, I missed the quest counter on the loot screen earlier because I was clicking it away before I noticed it. Also the browser makes a huge difference in speed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You've actually managed to get a good retro feel, and it's fun, even better after the recent changes. Could do with an on-screen quest counter. (ie. 5 rats remaining etc) Otherwise, nice work!

With a newer, faster PC, I can now play this and it runs well... until I get into combat. Then it's fingers tapping on the desk time. It takes several seconds for each round of a fight. When it takes hundreds of fights with rats and bats to level me up enough to be ready for the next area... it's time to stop playing. :/

It seems that sometimes leveling up heals me, while other times it just adds X hit points to both current and maximum. I'm not sure yet though.

For some reason if my normal move speed is 10, sometimes after battle goes down to 7 and inside any cave doesnt go faster than 4, am i the only one?

I can't wait for more classes to be added. I haven't gotten too far yet. Although I had a unique experience.. I got my second ever small wooden chest. I open it, and somehow a large wooden chest fit inside of it. So I open this large wooden chest I got from inside a small wooden chest, and I find 5 more small wooden chests! Which somehow all fit into a large wooden chest that fit into a small wooden chest. I love this true RNG :)

I would like some consistency on movement. After each battle it seemed as if I moved at different speeds. I'm assuming it's based off latency just kinda disorienting.

Just noticing in the Vanaheimr Rift number of kills for brittle skeletons, animated undead and skeleton warriors doesn't appear

Fun game, nice concept, but having to grind racoons for an hour to progress to the next area makes it really boring. Had to grind to lvl 8 and buy almost all gear from shop before having even a chance at the cave with bats and rats. Grinded the cave for another hour so I could move to the outskirts of the village, grinded there for an hour....like it's just the same thing over and over again. There's no point in exploring because any other area is way too hard to get through unless you grind forever first. More townspeople would be nice, with a bit more variety for quests, some quests could maybe give more exp or gold to help alleviate the grind.

I noticed everytime I teleport to the waypoint I end up talking to the healer. Not sure if this was intentional or not.

The click to move is atrocious, and within a minute of the game I found myself in an endless looping conversation with an NPC because the pathing kept trying to jam me into him even upon exiting. Also, I can see no reason why you would include W/S without A/D for keyboard movement aside from wanting to intentionally frustrate the player.
