Let's assume FuryPain's experience is typical which implies there is a 1/10 chance of getting a card or 10% even though the author of the game has stated it's about 5%. Let's also assume that your opponent's deck consists of the minimum allowed 30 cards, hence, the highest chance of getting a rare weapon at 1/30 or ~3.3% chance. The probability of the simultaneous occurrences of two independent events is the product of the probabilities of each event. In our case, winning the spin and then drawing the rare card from a 30 card deck:
P(winning a rare) = P(winning the spin)*P(drawing the rare) = (.10)(.033)
P(winning a rare) = 0.003 or .3% chance or 3/1000.
This is assuming a winning spin rate at twice the rate of what the author noted. I'm guessing the closer win rate for a rare is 1/1000.
Just sayin'.

burningwings and antonius are right, and they've illustrated the reason why despite the new cards this game remains 2/5.

Okay, to all the morons who tell me:"Their is no luck involved".. seriously shut up.. it's still a CARD game, even in a normal CARD game their ALWAYS is luck involved, in these kind of games.. you just can't stop it.. so please stop saying their isn't any luck involved.. cuz their is for SURE

Help please, I played the game liked it, had to go, came back and now it won't load... It goes to (What appears to be) 100% then nothing happens...

I hear you. There's too much grind involved. I played for days and never got any rare cards. And they are immensely overpowered.
3/5, the developer needs to understand balance.

Not unlimited new hands, mind you, just one or one with a penalty, or something like that. Make it just a little bit less luck, a little bit more strategy.

Soapy: think about any card game you've played. When you shuffle the deck (properly) there is a chance you'll get the right amount of the cards you need and a chance to get the wrong amount. It's not how many "whatevers" are in our decks, it's how often we see them. And unless our ENTIRE deck is pillars, there's always going to be the chance we get a bad hand, bad draws, and get mana starved and lose. I'm just asking to have the option of getting a new starting hand so that doesn't happen as often and it's more fun to play.

there is way too much luck involved in this game and a definite lack of skill. And before anyone starts on this, I made a deck with a ratio of 50% mana and the rest power/creature cards and I still lost most of the time. Also the opponent has cards you can't buy like the unique weapons and the miracle card. 2/5

ruddie if you dont get enough pillars at the beginning why dont you put more pillars in your deck they only cost 6 coins to buy think before you say something stupid
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Of course there is luck involved, the order you get your cards(as well as your opponents) makes a HUGE difference.
Getting no pillars or only your high cost guys at first can suck. Plus, quantum pillars and the random changes by some cards and devices do make a difference.

dude, there is no "luck involved" only when u flip coin and the thing after each win, if u have stuff to complain about rong pillars, THEN BASE UR DECK ON ONE ELEMENT
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
also, if you cancel a ability-card (fireball for example), you still lost your quanticums -.- deep sigh.. that's stupid?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
bad game, you totally rely on what kind of cards you get at the beginning, if you don't get any pillars you need, you lose.. just like burningwings136 said....
Just give it a little bit more tactic, instead of just luck.

Another suggestion: give us the option to get better starting hands if we wind up with something really bad (like, for example, one with no mana pillars). Granted, we shouldn't be able to shuffle back our hands an unlimited number of times, but one free mulligan (or even going down one card) wouldn't exactly be a bad thing.

Overall, very fun. However, I really want to be able to have multiple decks on the same account. For me, a big part of enjoying this game is trying out how different elements play. I'm having fun, don't get me wrong, but I'm also having trouble remembering all my different account names and passwords... Yes, you can delete my old accounts...
