I foyu wanna upgrade cards you need to finish all quests (getting 500 points is the last one). Then you get the ability to upgrade cards for 1500 per card and you can challenge fake gods.

This game has a lot of depth, and requires a significant investment in time to upgrade, etc. It dragged me off of kongregate for the last 3 days or so. I haven't gotten into PVP. It's a shame the screen size is an issue on kongregate. It has it's own forums and wiki which are pretty helpful. The game has a few annoying bugs which are discussed on the forum.

I have a fairly decent air deck going, it's not fake god material, but i suppose it could be with the proper tweaks
10 wind pillars, 4 firefly queens, owl eye, 4 emerald pillars 4 rustlers, 4 light pillars, 2 pegasi, 1 gaurdian angel, and 1 miracle (won it off a level one, lol)

Freaking dumb lobo. I lost to a level 1 water because he put out mind flayer and loboed my fate eggs, deja vu, and the momentum on my saphire chargers. Then he used that stupid phase shield thing that doesn't let you hit them for three turns. Either one of those by itself isn't that hard to beat, but together A FREAKING LEVEL 1 beat me.
Seriously, do something with that.
Also, the whole Spore thing is really seems lame. I mean, the game was somewhat insightful (although from forum lurking on their website, multiple staff have said that the game was originally going to be much more realistic. Makes me so mad) but seriously, it's not an art tool, it's a game. Last time I checked Maxis retains all rights to the created buildings and creatures.

build a life deck with 12 life pillar, 6 water pillar, 6 forest spirit, 4 cockatrice, 4 horned frog, 2 emerald shield, two empathy, 4 heal and win.

@ akatosh entropy is powerful if u can 1. build deck right2. not be afraid ton mutate urself3. have at least some skill

lol the bes t deck to start with is time okay its easy to own but you have to put in alot more effort to win pvp win it buts a good deck to start with and i find a down side to this game is hard to make MONEY LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
