why do they think it's creepy about Yun's prediction of rice?
seriously. I'm certain that the villagers should've seen something coming..

I did not expect that at all its kinda sad I thought the boy would live cause he's supposed to be magic or what well its still good

"Yun's words were heavy they pierced my hearts" Well if anyone is strange I think it's Une. But this is actually a pretty good story.

10/10 dude. i noticed that for some reason, almost all of these visual novels always have some sort of sadness to them. be it the atmosphere, or someone importnant dies. all in all, Amazing game.

I cried, yes I am a softie but seriously who could't cry at the heartbreak of Yun being pelted with rocks, Une's father dying to protect Yun, and Yun being burned at the stake?? In this we do learn that even though someone may be different there is always something special about them and we don't have the right to take that away. We also learn that often times then most those that we think are responsible for things are not and we are too quick to jump to conclusions rather then look into it to find the truth.

I would run with Yun in any case he needs to be protected because he is different, he could be salvation, he only knew of bad thing to come he never mentioned anything about him causing it.

Most games with multiple endings classify each ending as "good" or "bad", but with this game... I'm not sure which one is which...

Lovely. Absolutely lovely. It's sad, but poignant and the art is beautiful. I would love to see an expansion of this, perhaps a squeal exploring what Une did after she left. Did she explore the mountain and find the cause of everything? Does she discover who Yun really was? It would be wonderful to know and there is a lot of potential. More please. <3

Beautiful, just beautiful. I'm astonished by the shear thought and art from this story. In all the words I could use I'd say morality, dream-like, and human nature (beautiful, yet cruel and despicable)

[SPOILER ALERT]
And for me, Yun is the son (or at least human manifestation) of the forest/mountain... That's why the mountain healed him. Also, as hinted by Herdie, the facts that the people worship the mountain as a god, out of fear of not knowing it. And people are scared of Yun, ALSO out of fear of not knowing him...

Man, I really wished I can draw and program, at least in flash..
Anyways, the game is relatively nice. :) The story has a touch of children's bedtime stories and has a good moral behind it.. "Do not fear what you do not understand and understand what you fear."
Overall, 5/5 for me. For the nice and yet simple artwork and story.. :)

"Do not fear what you do not understand, understand what you fear." Powerful words right there, amazing story, music and artwork. And as a tribute to Yun take my 5/5!!

I actually play this before it got on Kongregate years ago. It is available on Apple's App Store. The story is touching and the art is amazing. For those who like Visual Novel or Anime in general, i recommend you all play some Japanese Visual Novel. There are thousands of them that can be more fun and emotional than this one. "Key" is one of a few Japanese studio that make Visual Novels and anime that are sad like this one. So good day and i hope y'all enjoy this wonderful free short visual novel.

i think yun knew he was going to be killed and he also knew he was the cure to the strange sickness.which made it all-the-more sad T_T

It was an okay game I loved the detail in the characters. I think I would have liked it more if the story had more choices and it was longer.

Can someone tell me what's the sad song when they're **spoiler** burning the boy? Cause I swear I heard it in another flash game and I don't know which one.
