Though the stages aren't spectacular, the boss design in this game is *incredible*!
Of the dozens or so of flash space shooters that I have seen, I have never seen better bosses than here. Congratulations!

This is a really great shooter. pretty well put together in fact. Seems like a lot of commenters aren't fans of oldschool shooters though.

This is a good space/shooting game. Only problem I have is the powerup glitch. You go through some powerups without actually getting them. 4/5

Not a huge fan of this game. The laser drone ships distract you from where your ship really is by taking up a lot of the screen and makes this game a lot more annoying than it has to be. 2/5

Feh, not much to see here.
Graphics are repetitive (they call that a background?), music is repetitive (one short tune that loops every 2 minutes), gameplay is ... standard, I guess. Filling the screen with a billion bullets doesn't make a game fun by default. 3/5, but I'm just being generous.

wtf ... ur helpers have constant giant blue beams taking up half the screen, bosses have about 500 bullets 2x as big as ur ship coming out.... i cant see a thing... srry 3/5

Interesting, very challenging. Unfortunately, very laggy, and your weaponry seems desperately weak. This makes the boss battles more tedious than exciting. Not bad, not great.

GOOD GOD THE BOSS BATTLES. Maybe I'm not a shmup expert or something but there's no way to get through them without dying.

also, terminal velocity is only achievable with a sufficient gravitational force to even accelerate an object. there is no gravitational force in deep space

Two words: Totally epic. I loved the game, fluid controls and everything, and all the bosses were very challenging. I'd have to say the final boss was my favorite. I loved the insane weaving patterns of his attacks, and his laser bots were annoyances to say the least. I got a A- on him.

At first, it looks like a Frantic clone, and in a lot of ways, it is similar, but there's one major difference I've found, though I'm not sure it was intended. At the start of the game, you have 5 separate kinds of weapons to pick from. You start off with a low level of each, but you can sell them and just upgrade one kind of weapon! That means, you can basically pick 5 COMPLETELY different weapons! They all function differently and require a different playing style. If you're feeling bored with the game, go try the lasers or the dumb missles. They're sure to liven up the game!

kingvarnon is right, but despite what he says, i think this game is way better than frantic, frantic was easy and the upgrades in this are a lot cooler, also, not having to worry about picking up money is ftw

I don't understand why everyone says "frantic rip off" everytime a game of this genre comes out. The genre has been around forever. YEARS before frantic. This game is just another member of that genre.
Its a bit much for me. Frantic 2 was just the appropriate difficulty for me, this one is a bit harder.
