it's pretty hard to tell what the max. rank is. it could be 99/100, or it could be 150, or it could even go on forever!

i've played for very nearly all the time, and i'm rank 34 :S

there could be a level called switchblade, but i'm pretty sure that it'll be one of those rubbish levels that you can do in 3 seconds.
