Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. Made in under 48 hours for the 29th Ludum Dare.
Why do we always assume that aliens will attack from the stars? Why not from inside of the earth?
(FYI, "healing" means you fill in the tunnels, not get more houses; you always have just 10 lives.)

Space/P: Pause
Everything else just follows your mouse around.

Fun, but Wave 70-80 seems about the max. Smiley faces start warping nearly straight through the minefield at that point.
Also, lasers are bugged. They're still active when in the pause screen.
