Good start. Very pretty. I disagree with the money/upgrades angle. I think maybe you could make this into a legitimate game, I would suggest adding a story, maybe levels, like traversing your way through a house. I know a writer you can hook up with who's pretty good if you want. Just reply if you're interested. He's a friend of mine.
