That last key you said to hit, it's a Z but the graphic is for a period or the letter o or 0. You need to fix that.

Sorry! These are the Button Symbols for the PICO8 Console, i realizied very late that people not familiar with the PICO8 Fantasy console probably dont know what the buttons mean. I'm going to patch that! Thanks for your feedback!

You have us using the x and arrow keys the entire time and then when we die it says to hit O or . i can't tell which to go back to main menu. Only it doesn't.

Just managed to add autofire, as well as added better button prompts! ill update the game in a few minutes!

Pretty good. But can you please make it so that holding X sustains automatic fire even while you are moving the ship?

I'll look into that! Ive had lots of problem with the implementation of that, but i got lots of feedback along those lines, so ill implement that! EDIT: Just managed to add autofire, ill update the game in a few minutes!

Yeah, I'm for autofire. Holding to fire would only make sense if there was some mechanic like limited ammo or some target you shouldn't fire against
