I like Bejeweled and other match three games as much as the next person but try to be original. Heck, changing the tile set would have helped immensely.

I think Pop Cap must be too embarassed for these developers to sue them. Might as well have called the game Beplagiarised.

does have the benefit of being a free version of a game thats fun enough to mindlessly play but not fun enough to purchase

If you want to impress people with a game of a type where there are already a crap tonne of games you need to do something more than the basics. There's nothing to make this game stand out from the very large crowd.
