Everlovely: Does the bah and explosion sounds happen only when getting blown up? That's the only sounds I'm able to reproduce when muted.

fun little game, but I would like to have the A and D keys as alternates for the arrow keys. Also either the sound muting doesn't work or at least doesn't include the bahhhing and explosion noises. I'd like to be able to mute all.
