A rather interesting and unique idea! This game marries two types of genres you don't often associate with one another, and does it rather well! Making combos is addicting, and the difficulty isn't unforgiving, but brings just enough to the table to give you a challenge! I really liked it!

The fact that the ship jumps across the screen (and usually into an enemy) when my mouse leaves the applet window is incredibly frustrating. Overall, its a fun game though.

Nice idea, but the fact that there is 4 slots on the ship and 4 kinf of block make it too easy, it'll be more challenging with 3 slots or 5 kind of blocks. Also, instead of just finding them, it could be interestinf to generates the bonuses (multishots, shields etc.) with the combos. Like 4blue = 1 shield ; and then upgrade the bonuses with money. Also more kind of combos would be great, allowing L (3-4 horizontal & 3-4 vertical with same color) for biggest rewards. The game has plenty of good ideas, congrat' !
