Descripción

Space Storm is a Kongregate Contest entry. This is my first attempt at ActionScript, game programming, and graphics. I hope to add innovation and originality to all aspects of the game as time progresses. I appreciate all comments, especially my daughter's defense.

-V 0.90: This is almost my final entry for the contest. I had to remove the music because I can’t source it. I’ve added many ship statistics for you to improve as you play. That means that the play starts off slow and ramps up. HINT: WATCH YOUR AVAILABLE SPACE AND ADD EQUIPMENT BAYS OFTEN.

-V 0.63: You asked for it, so there’s mood music, sound effects and the enemy is more powerful and smarter. One hit won’t kill them anymore, and they’re aware of you. They’re aware of each other too. Good luck!

- V 0.62: Added a beginning splash screen. Per MANY comments, I’ve updated the ship graphics. Keep the comments coming; each one helps!!

- INITIAL: Hitting enemies as they enter the field of play gives the fewest points. To really rack up the points, wait until they close in on you. Don’t let them get past you though; you lose points when they survive.

Hmm, what I think you should do is make it so that you get money for a shop, possibly? I know that's probs a bit advanced, but if you look into it and succeed, this will be a much better game, and the enemies get stronger after every few waves, if you add waves might be good aswell. You could also add bosses and such and for the people who want it I think that difficulty levels would be good, so if they choose easy one shot kill, more money. Medium 2 shot kill normal money. And hard 3 shot kill and little money
