Descripción
Veintiuno es un juego en el que entras a una gran banda llamada "Veintiuno". Son ricos y poderosos, tu tarea es convertirte en el jefe de la banda jugando un nuevo estilo de blackjack. En el juego puedes comprar casas, autos, etc. para ascender en la banda. Con el tiempo tendrás tus propios hombres jugando blackjack por ti. Ellos suben de nivel y juegan con el estilo que elijas. Creo que es el primer juego de blackjack donde puedes controlar un equipo y hacer que jueguen como tú quieras.

It's very confusing to figure out what to do. Partly this is because the fonts are very hard to read, but partly the gamespace is just cluttered and needs to be organized.
As for language, I understand that English isn't your first language. That's why you should ask someone else for help proofreading and editing your game before publishing it. Everyone should do that, no matter how well you understand the language you use. Editing is essential.

It doesn't matter. If I'm just having a conversation with someone and English isn't their first language, I'll keep that in mind and cut them a lot of slack in grammar, miscommunications, etc., but once you publish something, it has to be judged on its quality. Movie critics don't watch a crappily made movie and think, "Oh, that's ugly to look at but since their budget was so low I'll give it a thumbs up anyway." Really if his English is this bad he needs to either make a game that doesn't involve so much text, or enlist someone with better English to edit his games for him.
