Yeah, that is true. I am not a game designer, so I don't know how intuitive the game designing program is. You could make it so that hitting a miniboss kills the miniboss, but also kills any time left on your shield powerup. If that is not possible, then you can just leave it as it is.

i put a paperweight on the space button and just wiggled around the movement buttons while talking on the phone and reading something. oh look highscore!
XD
the weapon upgrade is a good start, but you gotta do more than just recolor the sprites. also its very long, with little variety.
