Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. The magic system is a little unclear at first, though once you get used to it it's actually *really* cool. ("Let's see, I need to click on a color I *haven't* used yet so I can prime the *next* magic...now I need a color I have used...oh, darnit, I'll just click on this crystal and reset.") It definitely adds a neat twist to the genre.

I think you have a very interesting concept here but a few questions. What does the blot do, and why am I encountering instances multiple times in a row where an artifact piece falls against a corner and CANNOT be moved? This has happened to me three times in a row now. I assume there is a spell later on that will allow me to shift an artifact a spot over but I don't have it yet.

I enjoy the skill tree with it's negative items unlocked as well as positive. However as others have commented it gets a bit tedious in later levels - I enjoyed up to level 6 or so then lost motivation.

The Bottom always ends up full with diamonds, no possibilities to remove them. How does the magic system work anyway?
