IZQUIERDA ABAJO DERECHA cambian a los carriles 1°, 2° y 3° respectivamente. M – para silenciar

Rather than the down key being used for middle lane, left and right should move the car across the road rather than jumping from lane to lane. A button for each lane is unnatural.
Also consider starting the game much slower but increasing the speed (and therefore difficulty) over time.
A good first effort, best of luck with future projects!
