Bullet collision detection seems poor if the frame rate is down - I'm shooting the basic enemies and I barely hit them even though it's going right toward them.

This old version has some mistakes that I already know how to fix. I will put some upgrades to the code soon as possible. Thank you :)

It's not bad, but the homing on the enemy bullets is WAY too strong.
