I beat the game and it saved all my levels..
On a better note, I really liked the game! But difficulty seemed to be sporadic. Of course the easy levels were very refreshing from the harder ones

Not bad but two key features are missing: 1. undo/redo 2. key control! Let us click a cube to select it then move it with the keys. Our wrists will thank you.
