I assume you made the score counter based on Frames. Well, if it lags, the counter goes up but the game doesn't move. Probably due to the game being run on FPS. Please make the counter based on the same timing as the game, otherwise lag will give a higher score.

Problem. The music restarts whenever you go to the main menu. This is bad enough, but it doesn't end in the first place. Of course it means you have 3X as much good music but I don't think everyone will have that opinion :P
