Deskripsyon
Ito ay isang hybrid na Action/Point&Click Horror Adventure game para hindi lang sa mga casual P&C gamers kundi pati na rin sa mga tagahanga ng Resident Evil, Dead Space, Silent Hill atbp. LARO: Nagsisimula ang kwento na nagigising ka sa isang kwarto ng isang nakakatakot at madugong bahay. Balot ka ng benda at misteryo ang iyong pagkakakilanlan maliban sa iilanโkasama ka na. Habang tumatakas ka, malalaman mong ang bahay ay lungga ng isang baliw na dating chief of surgery na tinawag ng media na 'THE DOCTOR', isang siraulong ex-chief of surgery na ngayon ay nag-eeksperimento ng madilim at kinatatakutang surgical art, ang pagsasanib ng bahagi ng tao at hayop. Ikaw ang pinakabagong biktima niya. Habang lumalalim ang laro, malalaman mong hindi lahat ay tulad ng inaakala mo, at may mga sikreto kang matutuklasan na magpapagulat sa iyo. ANG LARO: Sinusundan ng THE INSANITY ang tradisyon ng maraming point'n'click games pero may mga action sub-games din para manatiling alerto ang player, gaya ng mga laban o puzzle na kailangang lutasin sa limitadong oras. *Spoiler* Instructions for "The Machine." To beat "The Machine" you need to keep from getting your arm cut off for 30 seconds. The buttons on the left and right each have an arrow that shows which way the saw blade will move if you tap the button. After a certain amount of time the green button flashes. Sometimes it will flash and say "reverse polarity" which causes the arrows switch directions. Tap the button that moves the saw away from your arm and switch buttons if the polarity reverses.

To those who donโt know how to get the code to open the door, the code is in a book in the library. Click the book, go to the second page, look at the bright yellow piece of paper, and at the end of the paragraph should be the code. Oh, and the code number is always random, so try to remember it or just write it down. Hope this helps! :D
