I don't know exactely if it is stolen, at least I already played it years ago, and it's not even very good.

Over all a good game. A few suggestions: 1) Waves start out to hard. Better to have a wave start slow and end crazy. 2) I like the effects, but it would be nice to see some type of particle explosions in addition to the "shape rings". 3) Games that are highscore based need to utilize in-site highscoring where available. Kongregate has great API, which is easy to put in. EXTREMELY easy to do in AS2 if that's what you used. Not to mention the 10% ad-revenue bonus you get. 4) Games like this always benefit from at least some type of in game challenge system.
