You get gold paint too slow after prestige.

To compensate for the very small progress after the 1st rebirth, why not put "fixed" gold paint at some levels, and "probability" of gold paint at others ?
For exemple, every 100 levels, you can get a fixed reward (not as high as the first one of course), and every 10 or so, you have a 20% chance to get a certain amount of gold paint.
With that system you can even add a new branch of talents to get more chance to get gold paint and/or increase the amount you get when it procs.

Finally hit Tier 1024. It's an interesting concept to use hexidecimal colors, but... The game was fun in the beginning, slowed at 700, and straight boring past 1000. The double click function should be automated, 3 seconds is much too long for a tick cap, and all of the upgrades give diminishing returns. You basically are forced to reset every 100 tiers, but it takes longer and longer to get back to your reset point. Overall, it needs to be reworked to make the progress feel more enjoyable.

After reading your comment, it's now clear that the active cell isn't sorted. Why? You're making what could be an idle game into a drag from one box to another box every few seconds game. You don't have to look or anything, just drag frow one specific box to another specific box, always the same two boxes. That's not idle. Sort the other way, from low to high, and include the active box. That simple change will make this game 1000x more enjoyable to those who don't like repeating the exact same movement every few seconds. Youv;e invented a new genre, not the "clicker", but the "dragger". and it's wrist painful. :-/
