Mga Update mula sa Developer
Version 3.07 is live.
I have listened to your feedbacks and have made various minor improvements to Kana Warrior!
First off, if you are already good at Hiragana before playing this game, you can prove your skills in Free Play Mode and if you get at least 1,500,000 points (on any play mode and difficulty setting of choice), you will be able to skip straight to Stage 26 of Adventure Mode and learn Katakana right away!
A few players have claimed that they had difficulty beating boss stages. After checking and playtesting the boss stages carefully, I have decided to slightly reduce the speed of missiles on these stages to make them more playable!
For the “All” input mode, you can now use “cya” for ちゃ, “cyu” for ちゅ and “cyo” for ちょ! Remember that this requires switching to “All” input mode in the main menu. For new learners, it is advised to stick to Hepburn romanization.
Kana Warrior has recently won 2nd place in the weekly Kongregate game contest! This is all thanks to your continuous support and feedback! I have plans to hold special events for my other game Anti-Idle in the near future to celebrate this success, and will definitely look into making a Kanji learning game (though there’s no promise that it will be released)! Once again, thank you – and if you want to stop receiving these messages, press the “block” button on the left.

FIRST! I actually created this game for a school project, but I figured some people might be interested in a Japanese learning game, so I have made some modifications to the project to turn it into a complete game with Kongregate API and stuff! I hope this will turn the beginning of your Japanese learning into a fun and easy experience, like it did for my classmates! I appreciate any feedback!
よろしくおねがいします。

Thanks for the glowing reviews, everyone! It was such a delight to see that an educational game I originally made for a school project is so well-received on Kongregate and to see that it was featured as one of the best new games on the front page. A big thank you for everyone who made this happen!

Hi! I never thought i would find a way to learn japanese on Kong ^^ Thank you very much to share your school project with us! Lucky classmates they are! I would just suggest maybe two things 1) to increase the speed, the impossible speed is not impossible, just medium/normal actually 2) maybe a way to save sets in free way mode? like i have difficulty to learn this 20 hiragana i will made a set with them and a secund set with this katakana. So i can change easily between the two sets without having to select/deselect everything each time? else 5/5 great! Make a secund project with vocabulary next time! ;)
1) The speed increases as you play, so the beginning might not be too fast but after a few minutes things will get quite chaotic ;) And in any case impossible speed was not designed to be completely unplayable. | 2) That's an interesting idea! I will probably look into that for a future version. But if you simply want to switch between a set of hiragana and a set of katakana, you can simply tick/untick the corresponding boxes in the Free Play screen. Thank you very much for your feedback!

Easy badge is live! I wanted to promote this game, but I don't think many people are going to learn Japanese just to earn badges, so I decided to just have an easy badge early on, after completing the first set of characters. If you want to learn Japanese, keep playing! If you just want to earn the badge, I promise it's super easy.

I have seen a few comments all over kong about people giving 1 star because "The game has no instructions" when the game clearly does. To those people i would like to say, Freaking read the instructions instead of skipping every dang screen that pops up "Blocking" your gameplay.
