There is a time limit? Whatever for? This is a game of logic, of foresight and strategy. Get rid of the timer.

the controls are so glitchy and unwieldy that it's basically unplayable. Cool theme and graphics are nice, but it doesn't matter if a game is nice looking if it's unplayable./

While the theme of the game is creative, the orginality of the Solitaire concept isn't quite original or unique. I'd also suggest removing the timer.
