Click on a soldier to hire him into your squad. Move the mouse over a soldier to view their statistics.
Click on the Mission tab to send your soldier on missions and acquire Research Materials.
Click on R&D to research weapons.

I don't understand why people rate this down. its entertaining. and it deserves more than just two stars
