Art of Rescue

Deskripsyon

An evil wizard has banished famous artists into the depths of their own paintings. The player, Geneviève, must venture forth armed only with paint to rescue the artists. She will encounter moving cursed elements of the painting which must be conquered by “freezing” them with her magic paintbrush and using them as a platforms to continue forward on her rescue mission.

This is a team project for a class – LCC 4725: Game Design as a Cultural Practice at Georgia Tech. Therefore, it only has 2 levels in its current form. Any feedback on our work-in-progress is much appreciated!

Paano Maglaro

Basic platformer conventions apply.

• Right arrow key or “D” Right
• Left arrow key or “A” Left
• Up arrow key or “W” Jump
• Space Bar Jump
• Mouse Click Shoot

Moving enemies will harm you, shoot paint into their path to freeze them, and then you can use them as platforms.

The upper left is your health bar and upper right is your ammo bar (purple “paint blob” ammo is collectable throughout the levels)

Remember, you can double jump by hitting jump twice!
