How to make a button using AS2 and CS5

alright! im so excited to make a button! *starts game* okay, step one. make a rectangle... make a rectangle WHERE!? maybe the next step will tell me. *goes to next step* convert it into a symbol... WHERE DO I MAKE THE RECTANGLE!? *closes computer and throws outside of window where it gets eaten by dogs, but they step back because the computer made THEM get as confused as me*

The tutorial is ok but theres needs to be more to it and use better graphics and text colour.
