Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. To those complaining about starting from the beginning, there are checkpoints if you actually try to reach them.

Why bother with lives if you have to start from the beginning?? Defeats the purpose of trying to gain lives.

I really like the atmosphere in this game, especially in the background. Simple gameplay, but quite charming. I like it.

There's a hint of atmosphere that's promising, but there's not much to the game. And there seems to be health/lives but you have to restart when you get hit once which is just frustrating. If it were broken up into stages/checkpoints and there was a decent upgrade system this might be a really good game.
