Interesting proof of concept, but as a game, there's nothing there until you let us actually move the shooting platform. What you can do, is not only let the players move the shooting platform but also let us rotate it to make an interesting puzzle game. Make that as Deflect 4 and you'll have a game on your hands.

Mouse only slightly moves you, since there are blocks keeping you still, and you can fire multiple times 3/5
