Guessing this is your first game. Nice job. Now look at the other games in this genre, and add something they don't have, some new idea, to make your game stand out.

Don't use a hit test between the mouse and the circles because otherwise it will test the box around the circles and not the circles themselves. Change the code so that instead it checks if the mouse is within have the _width of the circle for a perfect hit test

i agree with century, and add some music (maybe bertycox utopia), and maybe a boss level, make some levels any way cause it's getting borring with the same thing.

Simple, easy to play. Works well without bugs. Perhaps adding some "friendly" virus (or white blood cells) to regain a life would make it more interesting.
