Nice effort, you should probably make the game a bit longer and add some sound effects/better graphics before releasing it :)

not at all bad.
one bug you will want to fix is that if you shoot the second guys head after shooting the third guys head, the third guy will become alive again.
but as for the game, you might consider taking out the gun that follows the mouse: its alright, but it would be difficult to get that to look good; I would just have the scope (i.e. the game Tactical Assassin).
