Good thing GIMP is free and efficient. It might not be as accessible as PhotoShop is but it does the job well once you get used to it.

I only learned Photoshop in School, GIMP is confusing at first.

Rather than obtain the hard badge, I decided to sacrifice my attempt in Greg’s honor:

If you look very closely, my avatar is also a G.

I can’t think of any good places to make my avatar Gregonized. Any ideas off-the-bat?

You have a great white space in the top right corner that is begging for a red G.

Should make/find myself a greg avatar too.
But Photoshop takes like 20 seconds to open, which is way too long.

A little late to the party, but here’s the one I just whipped up.

I suppose that I never did mention anything about my current avatar. Es was too kind and made me one mere minutes after I mentioned to him that I needed one for this month (he’s quite keen on making me avatars), and after a couple revisions (such as getting the font used in the Kongregate logo) this was the final product:
