I’m sure most people/families with a computer and internet access can afford $30.00, mostly the matter is the methods of paying it are not convenient for some people.

I dont have a credit card and don’t want one so i cant do online banking and i can’t use game stop gift cards because i live in New Zealand and its gamestop but its called EB Games

And Greg i do think Klans is a good idea and when you hopefully make the update or not i might be level 25 and start my own Klan

1. There’s a quote button, click it to quote a post. Like I just did .-.

3. Greg? Greg does not own the site. He is not the CEO. Jim Greer is the CEO. Greg was the 3rd account and is the badge/quest masta.

So our profiles have been updated, our followers have been renamed to fans, and we still don’t have the option of removing them ourselves? What’s up with that?

Allow us to REMOVE our FANS.

I think it would be nice if you could list your favorites in order so that when people see your profile, they can immediately see which games are currently your most liked. Just an idea, but I think it would be a good one.

That could work, but they are your FOLLOWERS/FANS and they probably respect you or you have done something that got them to add you as a friend. I think it’s good as it is.

There maybe more things coming out for kongregate mobile, I am not sure. There is still this month and two months left this year, so they could surprise us with something new for kongregate. Also they may need to upgrade the app with something new, since flash is no longer on the google play store, so they may need to fix the app to be able to support air instead of flash. I have not tried kongregate with air on any mobile device yet, don’t have a android or ios device, so not sure about that.

I doubt it, is all I’m saying. Highly, highly doubt it.

Oh okay man sorry about that. I just feel they need to fix up with website or the mobile or even both to get more people on the website. It just that when you look at some of these does like mmo, there are maybe less people on the game on kongregate than on the main website or even facebook. Kongregate is a good website, it just would be good to have more players on the website. Mostly lately the highest number of players I have seen on kongregate is around 50,000 player. It would be good to see it go up to 100,000 players or something like that.

Now having a Klan is big responsibility, which is why when you have 5 members for 7 days, your Klan goes under watch and if there are no increase in members for 48 hours, the Klan get’s removed. Other users that are not in your Klan can view the Klan info only, but not the Klan page.

For the Technical Support forum, could we have master threads for the major/recurring issues? Like, “Kreds”, “Hacked Account” etc. It’ll cut down on spam and with more in-depth OPs in the threads, it’ll probably cut down on posts. I know the FAQ is there, but no one reads it.

A “group” on Kongregate, would be a group where you can invite other members to your group to earn badges together. If there were “group” badges, that would be awesome. The group would combine the badge points together and have an overall group rating. The highest earning groups would be featured on the Kongregate front page. I don’t know, just a suggestion.

Elitism.

The majority of that stuff is in the FAQ already, like you said, and that should be enough. If it’s there and readily accessible, there’s no excuse for not reading to see, even if you just open it and use the search function to see if keywords have been mentioned. They purposely made all of the old stickies into one thread for that reason, so it’s easier overall to find stuff. Even when things are shown more prominently, people will still ignore and prefer to make a new thread anyways, so I don’t think it’d be too beneficial at this moment in time.

It works.. in theory. but it doesn’t in practice.

1. Why? That would require re-coding the entire site. I doubt that’d be worth it.

2. Why make the change?

3. I doubt that’s possible with the current setup, since you don’t get e-mail notifications for replies to shouts, either.

Will there ever be a way that our games save to our name instead of computer. I use a lot of different computers and its annoying that it only saves to the computer im using.

Mostly likely not due to the amount of storage and money it would take. If it did happen it would be a very small amount and would probably have to be purchased by the user.

There have been master threads before (the Internet Explorer sticky keys issue is the first to immediately come to mind), and they don’t cut down on duplicate threads much more than the FAQ does.
