I Have Locked This Forum Because of High Demand

The List has been removed because of high demand

I still think a Topic like this should exist with the rules I made earlier (erased).

You should, y’know, go to their profile and report them.

I’m pretty sure calling them out publicly won’t go over well.

I Flag their posts, then report abuse on their profile (If they have a lot of bad posts) and if that does not work post it here. Only if you truly think they should get banned.

Calling people out is never a good idea, reporting them always is the best option along with muting. If they are harassing you in PMs admins can’t check those so just mute.

Screenshots aren’t really looked at because they can be edited, chat logs are kept on all users so they check those.

Edit: Oh yeah, and mod calling is always a good thing to do too.

In addition to this, if you want to call a mod we generally have a way to quickly contact a person who can remove such posts.

(Idea started when I saw the Off-Topic forums.)

Believe it or not, there is actually a relatively effective moderation system within OT already. While the stuff you see there is absurd compared to what you see around the rest of Kongregate, it is a massive improvement from how it used to be. Actual troll accounts within OT are generally dealt with within 24 hours of creation.

I’m always wary of a person who creates a new account to just try and get people banned instead of using their main account.

Anyways, as others have said, just use the flag post button and let the mods go after them that way.
