there right now happens to be some guy in the everybody edits chat that is talking as if he is using someone else’s user name when he does this though the user name turns in red i just wanted to report this

Contact a moderator by whispering him/her using modfriends friends list (now known as “following”) to call some help

Or, go to their profile and fill out a report. It’s not instant, but a community administrator will review and take appropriate action.
