What do I do about this?

Some games I like to play have this little box pop up, enabling me to play a game. It says: Kongregate is requesting chat storage, something like that. I click on deny, and I’ve done allow, but nothing happens. What do I do?

Not quite sure what the problem is, but try setting your preferences so that the games may save unlimited data, as it appears they are hitting whatever maximum storage limit you currently have enabled.

How do I do that?

Right click and select settings. A window will pop up with tabs along the bottom. Click the folder and set storage to unlimited.

All the save files are saved at the chat.kongregate.com location (locally – on your computer), so that’s why it was asking for “chat” storage.

Search for chat.kongregate.com, allow, and set to unlimited. This should insure that nothing goes wrong with your flash storage.
