You can report an abusive/disruptive advertisement by sending an email with a description of the issue and a screenshot of the ad target link to support@kongregate.com. To find the target link, you need to have inspect element, which is a FireFox and Chrome feature. For FireFox, you’ll need to install the FireBug addon. When the installation is complete, launch it, select “inspect element” and click the ad. Expand the popup screen and scroll up so “divid=\”google_ads_div_kong…\” appears on top. Finally, screenshot the code, upload the screenshot to an image sharing website and include a link in the report. If you use Chrome, its inspect element feature does not require any download. To use it, right click on the ad and select “inspect element”. Chrome’s inspect element works in a similar way FireFox does, so simply repeat the steps I described previously.

You can take a screenshot of the advertisement, and copy the link it sends you to, and send it to us at support@kongregate.com. We’ll have someone review the advertisement and if it’s too loud, we can hopefully lower it.

Or get an adblock. It’s kind of a crappy thing to do because then I don’t think that Kong gets the ad money but… Yeah it’s an option.
